Deliveries
For framesets and custom-built bikes:
Our in-stock bikes and framesets are shipped as soon as possible.
They are shipped from Nice or Italy, and we deliver worldwide.
Current shipping times for custom builds are around 3 to 4 months (March 2026).
It can be more, it can be less.
The variables are mainly the availability of parts from suppliers, or rather their unavailability, technically.
In any case, we naturally do our utmost to process your orders as quickly (and well) as possible.
Shipping costs for France are:
- Frameset: €89 (via Chronopost)
- Complete bike: €149 (via Geodis)
For international destinations, an additional charge may apply depending on the destination.
We love our products and we love having happy customers, so everything is packed with a lot of love and padding.
Upon receipt of your order, make sure the packaging is intact and do not hesitate to make reservations with the carrier if necessary.
For goodies, accessories, equipment, and spare parts:
We try to keep as many products as possible in stock.
Unfortunately, some items may require an order from our supplier.
In short, in terms of delivery times, if the product is in stock, allow 2 to 3 days for delivery.
If the item requires an order from our supplier, the usual delay observed is around 7 to 10 working days.
