Deliveries
For framesets and custom-built bicycles:
Our in-stock bikes and frame kits are shipped as soon as possible.
They are shipped from Nice or Italy and we deliver worldwide.
Shipping times for custom assemblies are currently around 2 to 3 months (May 2025).
It could be more, it could be less.
The variables are mainly the availability of parts from suppliers, or rather their technical unavailability.
In any case, we naturally do our best to process your orders as quickly (and well) as possible.
Shipping costs for France are:
- Frame kit: €89 (via Chronopost)
- Complete bicycle: €129 (via Geodis or Chronopost)
For international destinations, an additional charge may apply depending on the destination.
We love our products and we love having happy customers, so everything is packaged with lots of love and foam.
Upon receiving your order, please ensure that the packaging is intact and do not hesitate to make any reservations with the carrier if necessary.
For promotional items, accessories, equipment and spare parts:
We try to have as many products as possible in stock.
Unfortunately, some items may require ordering from our supplier.
In general, in terms of delivery time, if the product is in stock, allow 2 to 3 days for delivery.
If the item requires an order from our supplier, the usual delivery time is 7 to 10 working days.
